Returns and Refunds

At Oaks BBQ, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your options.

Eligibility for Returns 1.1 Products purchased directly from the Oaks BBQ website are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. 1.2 Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. 1.3 Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  2. Return Process 2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [insert contact information] with your order number and the reason for your return. 2.2 Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). 2.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. 2.4 Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  3. Refunds 3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 3.2 If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount. 3.3 In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement, at your preference.
  4. Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement.
  6. Perishable Goods Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged perishable item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  7. Sale and Promotional Items Sale and promotional items are subject to the same Returns and Refunds Policy as regular-priced items.
